The JACKCRETE team believes that quality workmanship starts with training, experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. That commitment was on full display at the 2026 SPFA Convention & Expo, where members of our team successfully earned and advanced multiple certifications through the SPFA Professional Certification Program (PCP).
The SPFA PCP program is recognized as the spray foam industry’s leading certification standard. Developed to establish consistent industry benchmarks for safety, technical knowledge, installation practices, and professionalism, the program includes written examinations and spray evaluations as well as ongoing recertification requirements for contractors across both roofing and insulation applications.
Why SPFA Certifications Matter
The spray polyurethane foam industry continues to evolve rapidly, and SPFA certifications help ensure that contractors stay current with industry best practices, safety procedures, installation standards, and technical advancements.
For JACKCRETE clients, these certifications provide confidence that projects are being completed by trained professionals who have demonstrated their knowledge and capabilities through nationally recognized third-party testing and evaluation programs.
From concrete lifting and soil stabilization to roofing and insulation applications, ongoing education and certification remain a core part of how JACKCRETE and RPC Industries approaches every project.
Christopher Frazier Earns Insulation Master Installer Certification
During the conference certification sessions, Chris Frazier successfully earned his SPFA PCP Insulation Master Installer certification after completing the required examinations and field evaluations.
In a previous year, Chris earned his SPFA PCP Roofing Master Installer certification, further demonstrating his experience and technical knowledge across multiple polyurethane applications. Chris continues to play a major role in JACKCRETE’s most complex stabilization and polyurethane projects throughout the region, putting his certifications to good use.
The Master Installer designation represents one of the highest installer-level certifications available through the SPFA PCP program and requires demonstrated field experience, technical competency, and successful completion of both written and hands-on spray evaluations.
Zachary Smith Earns Roofing Project Manager Certification
Zachary Smith successfully passed the SPFA PCP Roofing Project Manager examination, officially earning his Roofing Project Manager certification. This latest achievement builds on Zachary’s existing certifications as both an SPFA PCP Insulation Master Installer and Insulation Project Manager.
The Project Manager certification level is designed for individuals responsible for overseeing SPF projects, managing crews, maintaining quality control, and ensuring projects meet industry standards and safety requirements. Certification candidates must demonstrate advanced technical knowledge and successfully complete comprehensive written examinations administered by SPFA.
