Like any other concrete section that has settled, foundation slabs begin to sink when the soil underneath the slab is not reinforced properly to handle the slab’s weight. By injecting spray foam in a grid pattern around the settled slab, JACKCRETE is able to reinforce the soil and stabilize the structure. Our technicians are trained to lift interior slabs within a 1/1000” variance when needed, and usually only take between 1-4 hours to complete an interior project. During our inspection, our team will let you know what, if anything, needs to be done to prep the site for our work. For apartment complexes and some offices, property managers will have to move large furniture out of the work area as well as roll back the carpet temporarily if needed. Once our team is done, your slab is lifted back to its original position and the furniture or equipment can be moved right back in.
