Josephine Wiley, 5 Stars: Our house was built in 1958 and, as with everything in time, certain parts have started to sag with age. In the past year, the concrete portion of the front patio had started to move from “gentle settling” to sinking like the Titanic. In looking at options, we came across JACKCRETE. After reading their 5-star reviews and looking at many satisfied customer photos, we decided to reach out. Hinton gave us a thorough estimate via email, and the contract could be reviewed and signed electronically, which was fantastically convenient. Nicole was on it when it came to scheduling everything, and we were able to have the work done within a day of putting down our deposit. They came out and took care of everything while we were at work, and the transformation was simply amazing. An incredible experience from start to finish and we will definitely use them again!! My only regret was that I couldn’t be there to watch the super cool process…
Kerry Karali, 5 Stars: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jackcrete of VA!! They just completed a job of leveling our front walkway, in front of our home that had settled over the past 21 years. I was worried this could be a trip hazard and this service was a fabulous solution that corrected the problem. The proposal was reasonable and emailed to us swiftly by Hinton. I was told it would be 2 to 4 weeks lead time to get on the schedule but today was called and told they could fit us in, the same day I signed the agreement. Chris and Ty came out to do the job and they were so professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions, as I watched them do this job. The sidewalk looks perfect. This job was completed quickly and they even added stones in the concrete to have the spots that were drilled matched out aggregate walkway. I am so pleased for the service they provided and will highly recommend them to anyone who wants to fix a problem with uneven sidewalks before they have a trip hazard. Thanks Chris and Ty for doing a great job at a reasonable price. So wonderful to find businesses that really do what they promise and exceed the expectations for their customers.

The reviews were encouraging and were proven accurate later. From the initial phone call setting up an assessment appointment, to the project assessment itself shortly thereafter, the contract with cost estimate and company credentials via email, to the project appointment (within 10 days) and the leveling process itself, we were treated to a superior professional, friendly and seamless interaction and a most satisfactory result. Rick Spencer: Josh and Zac showed up on time and setup. They surveyed what needed to be done, made sure I understood the process and what to expect. They raised 2 front slabs that had settled from the initial position and a portion of my sidewalk. Next, they stabilized some of the inside slab that had settled.
